"Arts For All" Workshop

Presented by VSA arts of Florida ~ Brevard

Attention Educators: Back by popular demand! This is your opportunity to see how you can infuse art into your curriculum with the help of art tools that we have available for your use Free of Charge.

Arts For All art tools are one-of-a-kind products that offer individuals of all abilities an opportunity for creative expression through arts and mobility. The art tools are designed so that participants with limited movement or lack of fine motor skills can be successful creating, painting, drawing, printing and more. Participants will use alternative art tools, methods and instructions that ensure learners of all abilities success in expanding their creativity.

Instructor: Dwayne Szot, President and Founder of Arts for All, is a working artist and educator who has won international recognition for his unique contributions that allow individuals with disabilities the opportunity to express themselves in the arts. Cost: Free for Brevard County teachers

$25 class fee for other participants

ESE Teachers, Art teachers and Art educators, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Adaptive PE teachers and others working in these fields, Individuals working in Therapeutic Recreation

Inservice Points: Brevard County teachers requesting inservice points must complete follow-up using the equipment and turn in their evaluation by May 29, 2009.
